Our requirements
- Several years of professional experience with Python and FastAPI or Django
- Proven experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies, preferably GCP
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to deliver software efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments
- Passion for testing, clean architecture, and clean code
- Fluent in English& Polish and great communication skills for discussions and code reviews
- Open to hybrid work and periodic business trips to Berlin and Leipzig
Your responsibilities
- Redesign the warehouse management systems and processes using robotics and modern technologies
- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable services using Python with FastAPI or Django
- Conceptualize and improve our software architecture
- Understand and solve complex business requirements
- Take ownership of services and technical decisions, and actively contribute to agile ceremonies
- Share your expertise, support knowledge sharing, and improve engineering practices
- Write RFCs for the decisions and maintain Architecture Decisions Records
