Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud/platform engineering (AWS preferred),
  • Proficiency in Python and Java,
  • Strong experience with IaC and modern CI/CD,
  • Experience in building scalable services with AWS (e.g. ECS, Lambda, RDS, SageMaker) or other cloud solutions,
  • Good understanding of MLOps and AI system lifecycle,
  • Knowledge of cloud security and data protection (GDPR),
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Good English and Polish communication skills,
  • Nice to have: AWS certifications, experience with ML/data libraries

Your responsibilities

  • Design and operate cloud-native AI/data platforms on AWS (e.g. S3, ECS, Lambda, SageMaker),
  • Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK) and CI/CD pipelines,
  • Develop scalable systems for ML training, deployment, and serving,
  • Implement backend services and data products using Python and Java,
  • Collaborate with data scientists to develop AI solutions,
  • Own the full lifecycle: architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and operations,
  • Ensure observability, security, and compliance (monitoring, GDPR, IAM, OAuth2/JWT),
  • Drive engineering best practices and mentor team members.
