Our requirements
- Technical degree and solid foundations in software engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Java/JVM-based technologies.
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Git, Kubernetes
- Ability to write unit tests (JUnit, Mockito) and work with microservice-oriented architectures.
- Experience with relational (MS SQL/Oracle) or non-relational (Redis/MongoDB) databases.
- Practical experience with CI/CD and version control systems.
- Communicative English and German (min. B1).
- Nice to have: experience in tech lead role.
Your responsibilities
- Designing, developing and implementing backend applications using Java and modern JVM technologies.
- Creating solutions based on good engineering practices (Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, DDD).
- Integrating applications with components deployed in Kubernetes environments.
- Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Working in agile, international teams and contributing to shared best practices.
- Participating in architecture design and code reviews.
- Supporting less-experienced engineers and sharing knowledge within the team.

Your role
