  • You have a very good command of and hands-on experience with SharePoint platforms and M365 tools or another leading intranet platform (preferably in a large B2B organization)
  • You have experience working with CMS environments in a large company, including web publishing and CMS workflows
  • You have a good understanding of usability, metadata, and content structures in a CMS-driven environment
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in communications or an equivalent field
  • You have a good understanding of internal communication principles and their application in an intranet environment
  • You have an analytical and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail, and you are a natural problem solver with a willingness to learn and develop
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners in a complex, multi-task environment
  • You have at least C1-level proficiency in English (verbal and written) to collaborate with global stakeholders. Polish is considered an asset

Your responsibilities

  • Act as the key user for our SharePoint intranet, offering daily support to content creators and site managing editors on both technical and content matters. You will manage and support intranet projects such as site migrations and new site implementations
  • Handle admin and governance tasks such as access requests, content review process, and intranet analytics. You have an important role in ensuring our intranet is up to date, aligned with the concept, user-friendly and AI-compatible
  • Drive intranet platform development as part of our development group by operationalizing development initiatives, staying current with Microsoft updates, and training and engaging our content creator network
  • Manage, publish and optimize web content in UPM CMS environments, ensuring alignment with brand, UX, accessibility, SEO and GEO standards, including support for quarterly results publishing
  • Serve as administrator of Jira and Confluence, managing permissions, spaces, workflows and documentation structures to support efficient digital marketing and publishing processes
  • Ensure effective partner communication with external vendors, supporting alignment, governance, and successful delivery of intranet and CMS development initiatives
