Our requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst in software development projects within the banking or insurance sector.
- University degree in IT, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in BPMN and UML notations (experience with Enterprise Architect is highly desirable).
- Strong technical background with broad knowledge of IT solutions, data structures, integration technologies, and software development methodologies/standards.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments.
- Highly developed communication skills, openness to change, and the confidence to take independent action and make decisions.
- Nice to have: Practical experience working on projects related to Campaign Management.

Your responsibilities
- Coordinate all or part of IT project workflows, including the estimation of analytical and development tasks.
- Identify system problems in current applications and generate robust technical and business process solutions.

- Participate actively in the system and business testing of deployed IT solutions.
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive functional, system, and technical documentation.
- Identify and visualize dependencies between various applications and system components.
