- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a System Analyst on IT project teams.
- Communicative English & Polish for documentation and meetings.
- Proven experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into functional requirements.
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including Web Services, Microservices, and SOA.
- Practical experience in IT system modeling and enterprise solution design.
- Proficiency in UML and its application in large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architect, PlantUML, or other CASE tools.
- Good knowledge of MS SQL and database concepts.
- Understanding of distributed systems architecture principles.
