Our requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in BI/Tableau development
- Expert knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud/Server, and Tableau Prep
- Strong SQL skills, including window functions, CTEs, and complex joins
- Experience with performance optimization, calculated fields, parameters, and row-level security
- Good understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and Star/Snowflake schemas
- Previous work with enterprise Dev/Prod publishing pipelines
- Very good English communication skills and a consultative approach to stakeholders
- Working 2 days per week from the office in Cracow
Optional
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and leading UAT sessions
Your responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear technical dashboard requirements and visual concepts
- Design data model specifications and cooperate closely with Data Engineering teams
- Build intuitive, scalable Tableau dashboards aligned with modern UI/UX standards
- Optimize dashboard performance for large datasets using Tableau best practices
- Validate dashboard logic and data accuracy using advanced SQL
- Support deployment across Development, Staging, and Production environments
- Lead UAT activities and secure final business sign-off

The person in this role will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and releasing high-quality Tableau dashboards for marketing and commercial business intelligence products.
