- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong experience working alongside Solution or System Architects.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Experience creating process maps, technical documentation, and functional specifications.
- Hands-on experience with diagramming, wireframing, or UI design tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.
Optional
- Experience in domains such as Commercial Excellence, CRM, Omnichannel Marketing, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Mobile Messaging, Social Media Platforms, and MarTech solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed, development-ready user stories.
- Define functional and technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and user scenarios.
- Co-own and continuously refine the product backlog together with the Product Owner.
- Act as Proxy Product Owner for designated technical domains when required.
- Analyze business processes and technical constraints to define optimal solution options.
- Create system workflows, process maps, data models, and API specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects during solution design.
- Validate vendor-delivered solutions and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Support Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to development teams by answering functional and technical questions.
- Prepare test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform requirements elicitation, gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Support prioritization activities by preparing backlog items for Product Owner decisions.
