Twój zakres obowiązków
- Act as a strategic partner to the BU Owners within the Tech Platform and Data&AI area, overseeing reporting cycles to maintain a single source of truth and providing complete roadmap transparency for senior leadership.
- Maintain deep, real-time command of the portfolio context, interpreting data to immediately explain the "why" behind project status and risks to leadership.
- Proactively identify resource bottlenecks, revenue gaps, and delivery risks to facilitate conscious reprioritization and immediate course correction.
- Confidently manage executive communication, translating complex portfolio data into clear, fact-based insights (highlighting achievements, misses, and next steps) tailored for Director-level decision-making.
- Follow market trends and standards in portfolio management, implementing innovative solutions to ensure the area stays ahead of the curve and develop automated tracking tools and dashboards that eliminate manual data entry and drastically reduce time-to-insight.
- Confidently manage strategic communication, translating complex technical risks and status updates into clear business impacts for senior leadership.
- Lead the internal Tech Sync to ensure a unified, up-to-date roadmap, actively aligning commercial priorities (e.g., revenue goals) with technical and operational parameters.
