  • Experience (3+ years) in software engineering or test automation, with a strong automation mindset
  • Solid coding skills in C# (or similar modern language)
  • A proactive approach—you enjoy designing solutions, not just executing tasks
  • Performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter or similar)
  • UI automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Selenoid)
  • CI/CD and engineering tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git, Jira/XRay)
  • Working across Windows & Linux environments
  • Understand modern software testing and Agile delivery
  • Can clearly communicate ideas and document your work
  • Good English communication skills.

Your responsibilities

  • Driving performance quality by designing and executing UI and API performance testing strategies, including load and stress testing.
  • Building scalable, reusable automation frameworks and scripts that simulate real-world user behavior.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and support data-driven engineering decisions.
  • Embedding performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality and delivery.
  • Defining test data strategies and ensuring systems are observable, stable, and scalable.
  • Elevating quality standards through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
  • Reviewing code and sharing best practices to improve system quality, testability, and maintainability.
  • Coaching and collaborating with teams to foster a quality-first engineering culture.
  • Owning issue resolution through triage, root cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable fixes.
  • Maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation, knowledge bases, and operational playbooks.
  • Innovating with AI-driven approaches for test generation, anomaly detection, and intelligent regression testing.
  • Driving continuous improvement of performance engineering tools, processes, and methodologies.
