Our requirements

  • Experience (3+ years) in software engineering or test automation, with a strong automation mindset
  • Solid coding skills in C# (or similar modern language)
  • A proactive approach—you enjoy designing solutions, not just executing tasks
  • Performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter or similar)
  • UI automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Selenoid)
  • CI/CD and engineering tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git, Jira/XRay)
  • Working across Windows & Linux environments
  • Understand modern software testing and Agile delivery
  • Can clearly communicate ideas and document your work
  • Good English communication skills.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive performance quality: Design and execute performance strategies covering UI and API layers (load, stress, and beyond)
  • Build smart automation: Create scalable, reusable test frameworks and scripts that simulate real-world usage
  • Turn data into insight: Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and help teams make data-driven decisions. Be part of the engineering flow. Embed performance testing seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines
  • Enable great environments: Shape test data strategies and ensure systems are observable, stable, and ready to scale
  • Elevate quality standards: Track meaningful KPIs (e.g., critical path coverage, defect escape) and continuously improve engineering practices
  • Coach and collaborate: Review code, share best practices, and help teams build testable, high-quality systems
  • Own problems end-to-end: Triage issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions—not just fixes
  • Keep knowledge flowing: Maintain clear, living documentation and playbooks
  • Innovate with AI: Explore and implement AI-driven approaches for test generation, anomaly detection, and smarter regression strategies
