Requirements

Your responsibilities

  • Part of a geographically diverse team that provides day-to-day support of the Kyriba application and its interfaces to global banks and other specialist fund and capital markets systems. Interact with Kyriba Support to resolve issues and enable new features.
  • Assist in establishing connectivity between Kyriba and banks used by TMF’s client business globally. This includes interaction with local business teams on their requirements, liaising with banks on file format specifications, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Part of a global, virtual support team that works together to deliver a consistent service to end-users regardless of their location or time zone. Collaborate with sales and client servicing teams to ensure consistency of service delivery to customers.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of the Kyriba application and international banking practices. Assist in training newly onboarded TMF offices and new users.
  • Support the onboarding of new business into banking processes and the Kyriba application. Able to work across a wide range of cultures and time zones.
  • Prepare process documentation and assist in annual ISAE3000/3402 audit exercises.
  • Share knowledge to ensure team targets are met
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders' expectations regarding delivery and escalations
  • Build credibility across all stakeholder groups
  • Accountable for ensuring high standards of delivery to clients
  • Actively engage with business users to understand needs and deliver high-quality service
  • Keep up to date with business trends and changes in technologies
  • Plan coordinate, and manage internal and external resources to deliver results in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Ensure relevant information is obtained and shared as needed
  • Take responsibility for delivering high-quality products and services
  • Implements improvements to client service

Our requirements

  • Subject Matter Expert – Banking, Internal Finance or Treasury systems (Kyriba preferred)
  • Familiarity with SWIFT payment and bank statement standards (ISO20022/MT messages)
  • Strong interest in business application configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience in Alteryx Analytics, Data Science & Automation tools is a plus
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus
  • Experience with formal change management processes, including requirements elicitation, specification documentation, project coordination, and planning
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience administering Treasury or Banking applications or as a Kyriba super-user
  • Treasury or Finance background and an understanding of international banking practices
  • Interest and experience in automation and reporting using a variety of technologies (BI) is highly desirable
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Demonstrate the ability to make decisions based on insights and knowledge that impact the team
  • Prioritize client issues and addresses them accordingly
  • Understand relevant local regulatory requirements
  • Respectful of different cultures and working styles
  • Able to engage with individuals at all levels of an organization within area of specialism
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities and seeking solutions
