- 7+ years of experience in UX design (end-to-end ownership).
- Proven experience designing complex internal tools or enterprise platforms.
- Expertise in Figma, FigJam, and creation of flows, personas, and journey maps.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Ability to simplify complexity and drive structured UX processes.
Optional
- Experience with design systems or mentoring other designers.
- Background in technical or cybersecurity products.
Your responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs in Figma / FigJam.
- Lead UX workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear user flows and experiences.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams throughout implementation.
- Support and enhance design system components and maintain interface consistency.
- Present UX rationale effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
