- 7+ years of experience in UX research using mixed methods.
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research and analytics tools.
- Experience with benchmarking and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude).
- Proven record of delivering research that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with complex B2B technical products.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to simplify complex findings.
- Experience in global teams is an added advantage.

Your responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end UX research projects across products and platforms.
- Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and benchmarking.

- Deliver compelling research findings through storytelling, workshops, and presentations that drive user-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives, timelines, and requirements while aligning with business and technical goals.
- Incorporate complex business and technical requirements into research planning and execution.
- Provide insights that directly impact product strategies and design roadmaps.
