Senior UX/UI Designer

Our requirements

• High English proficiency (C1+)
• 4–6 years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of 2–3+ case studies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills — verbal and written — with the ability to explain your design
• decisions clearly while keeping updates concise, clear and regular.
• Knowledge of UX principles, Research methods, designing a new solution or reshaping existing
• ones.
• Proficiency with design tools: Figma & FigJam, optionally Adobe CC
• Strong presentation skills – we need someone who can transfer the internally gained knowledge
• and share it with the full team.
• Proactive mindset and continuous learning attitude — especially in new tech, AI in design, and
• system-level design.

Optional

• Degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, HCI, or related field.
• Familiarity with tools like: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other quantitative analytics tools.
• Background in Graphic Design or related discipline connected is a plus.

• Uncover hidden Potential – Provide real value by reshaping the way we do things at Egala.
• Design and Define – create designs that carry your vision from ideas to high fidelity prototypes.
• Communicate and stay Agile – we are a dynamic environment with priorities switching left to
• right quite often, we need a person willing to update regularly and adapt when needed.
• Validate the Details – make sure the developers understand the proposed solution and have
• sufficient information to start their work
• Present your Work – Use data-driven conclusions and a charming presentation to convince the
• team with your way forward!
