About the project

Are you passionate about understanding what truly drives user behavior? For our Marketing Services Competency Center, we're looking for a curious, user-focused UX/UI Researcher. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to shape solutions that are not only intuitive and accessible but also genuinely impactful.

Your responsibilities

  • Planning and conducting user research using qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover actionable insights
  • Using research and analytics tools (e.g., Maze, Hotjar, Google Analytics) to support data-driven decision-making
  • Communicating findings clearly in both German and English, turning insights into practical recommendations
  • Collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers to align research with product goals
  • Leading usability testing and supporting iterative improvements across the user experience

Our requirements

  • Proven research experience
  • Hands-on experience with research and analytics tools such as Maze, Hotjar, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, and Google Analytics
  • Analytical & insight-driven thinking
  • Great German and English skills, both spoken and written
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different teams
  • Residing in Poland required
