Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience administering VMware vSphere 8 and ESXi 8 in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization concepts: virtual machines, clusters, resource pools, and snapshots.
- Hands-on experience with vCenter Server management and high-availability features like vSphere HA, DRS, and vMotion.
- Proficiency in VMware networking, storage, and performance tuning.
- Solid UNIX/Linux skills, including RHEL administration and scripting (Bash).
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with disaster recovery, backup, and restore strategies.
Optional
