- Extensive experience (>7 years) in enterprise-scale analytics and insights development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities with proven results in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, DataStudio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of technology workforce management within banking or financial institutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Your responsibilities
- Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven narratives for management meetings and senior leadership sessions.
- Support the PBAM Operations Manager in designing analytics to optimize workforce location, shape, and size within the CIO Organization.
- Provide strategic workforce planning inputs across GCIO functions, aligning insights with broader bank-wide strategies.
- Visualize workforce trends, patterns, and insights using tools such as DataStudio, PowerPoint, and Excel to inform decisions on diversity, attrition, and contractor management.
- Drive operational efficiencies through data-driven insights, coordinating with tech leads and operations managers.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within PBAM COO team for data frameworks, applications, and dashboards, ensuring insights align with organizational strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance workforce data quality, processes, and analytical capabilities.
- Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and external market conditions affecting workforce management.
