Service Configuration Manager

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a similar role
• Strong expertise in IT Service Management, especially Service Configuration Management
• Hands-on experience in implementing and managing CMDB
• Experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management and CMDB
• Proven ownership of CMDB data quality, including concrete improvement actions
• Practical experience in CI lifecycle management and governance enforcement
• Experience integrating CMDB with Change Enablement processes
• Knowledge of data source management and automated discovery tools
• Experience in service mapping and managing dependencies
• Experience in CMDB reporting and audit support
• Fluents English - at least C1

Your responsibilities

• Own and manage Service Configuration Management practice and CMDB
• Define, execute, monitor, and continuously improve SCM processes
• Set up, track, and report on CMDB and SCM KPIs
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of CMDB data
• Maintain up-to-date service maps and dependencies
• Align CMDB and SCM with ITSM tools (including ServiceNow)
• Develop policies and SOPs supporting SCM practices
• Support ITIL practices and contribute to a positive customer experience
