Your responsibilities
Delivery & Operational Leadership
Take ownership of end-to-end service delivery across the assigned customer account
Coordinate and organize delivery across multiple teams, streams, and dependencies
Actively ensure predictable delivery execution, including release coordination and operational stability
Define, implement, and continuously improve delivery processes, governance models, and standards
Monitor delivery KPIs, SLAs, risks, dependencies, escalations, and overall service quality
Drive resource planning, staffing, onboarding, and capacity management
Ensure long-term delivery continuity, stability, and scalability of the organization
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary and single point of contact for customer leadership and IT stakeholders
Take ownership of organizing delivery across NATEK teams on behalf of the customer
Build and maintain trusted relationships across business and technical domains
Enable and promote the cooperation model across the customer organization
Translate technical and operational topics into clear, business-oriented communication
Support decision-making through structured reporting, prioritization, and transparency
Manage customer expectations in complex and legacy-driven environments
Serve as a central escalation and coordination point for delivery and operational topics
Team & Organizational Development
Build and lead high-performing nearshore delivery teams (Data Engineers, Developers, Analysts)
Establish a strong ownership culture and delivery accountability within teams
Define and optimize team structures aligned with delivery demand and customer priorities
Support mentoring, performance management, and capability development
Collaborate with recruitment and management teams to scale delivery capabilities
Balance delivery flexibility with long-term team stability and retention
Technology & Transformation Coordination
Coordinate delivery activities across key transformation streams, including:
Data platform modernization (DWH, Data Lake, Lakehouse) ETL and enterprise data integration Legacy system transformation and modernization Enterprise applications and operational systems Collaborate with architects and technical experts to ensure delivery feasibility
Support modernization initiatives while balancing legacy constraints and operational realities
Ensure alignment between delivery execution, architecture direction, and customer expectations
Sales & Pre-Sales Support
Support Sales and Account Management teams in growing and developing the customer account
Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and discussions as a delivery expert
Contribute to shaping service offerings and delivery models aligned with customer needs
Support preparation of delivery scope, Statements of Work, and operating models
Identify opportunities for service expansion, optimization, and long-term growth
Estimation & Commercial Alignment
Prepare effort estimations, delivery plans, and resource models for new initiatives
Support cost modeling and commercial estimation for proposals
Validate delivery feasibility, team structures, and operational assumptions
Participate in pricing discussions and defend delivery assumptions
Balance delivery quality, customer expectations, and commercial viability
Provide realistic forecasting of capacity, scalability, and delivery risks
