About the project

The Service Desk Team provides customer service on Level 1 via telephone or email. The first step is to analyze the issue on a detailed level and try to solve it, otherwise, it will be passed on to 2nd level. Other tasks include automation projects, assisting the Account Management, etc.

Your responsibilities

  • You will be the first-line support to provide technical support to customers, field engineers, technicians;
  • Provide support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature;
  • Reporting design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs;
  • Supporting remotely customer installations.

Our requirements

  • Good communication skills and a customer – and service-oriented approach;
  • Experience in a Helpdesk / Customer Service Desk role is desirable;
  • Strong customer focus paired with solution orientation, analytical skills, and resistance to stress;
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equal experience;
  • Knowledge of hardware and software;
  • Passion for perfect customer service and Team player;
  • Fluent in English and Polish language both written and spoken.
