Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow integration technologies, including REST APIs, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, and best practices
- Experience designing scalable data models, integration workflows, and data quality or reconciliation mechanisms
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting for platform customization and automation
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD and CIS Data Foundations and other mainline certifications will be an advantage
- Excellent English skills, enabling seamless collaboration in an international environment
Your responsibilities
- Design and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework to support enterprise asset and service management
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities
- Configure data models, mapping logic, reconciliation rules, and governance mechanisms to ensure high-quality CMDB data
- Build scalable technical solutions aligned with platform architecture, security standards, and operational requirements
- Create technical documentation, support testing activities, and ensure operational readiness through knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust ServiceNow solutions
- Drive continuous improvements in platform performance, automation, and data quality
