- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Solid understanding of ITSM, CSM, IRM, and AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Experience with ServiceNow platform customization, scripting, and workflow automation
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow integration tools
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or equivalent
