- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly with the HRSD module
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst
- Ability to collaborate with both technology and business stakeholders daily
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices
- Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines
- English proficiency at a level enabling effective communication (B2 or higher)

Your responsibilities
- Conducting business analysis to understand customers' expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions, with a strong focus on the HRSD module

- Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation
- Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria)
