- 4+ years of experience in professional software development.
- Experience in ServiceNow platform development.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, and Service Catalog.
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) and building custom workflows and integrations.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within an ITIL framework.
- Strong requirements gathering and refining experience.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications (e.g., ITSM, HAM, VR).
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
- Certifications (Required):

Your responsibilities
- ServiceNow Platform Development:
- Deliver business application needs while preserving baseline functionality with customization and extension of the platform modules.
- Designs and develops new ServiceNow applications and services.
- Refactor code for performance, manageability and efficiency.
- Drive the adoption and utilization of ServiceNow services across the organization, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency
- Service Delivery and Issue Resolution:
- Assists ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed.
- Provides mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators.
- Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimization within ServiceNow workflows.
- Stay current on ServiceNow product developments, industry trends, and best practices to recommend improvements.
About the project
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Engineer to support and implement ServiceNow solutions as well as design, build, and customize platform applications. In this role, you will be a member of a geographically distributed team of ServiceNow developers and administrators. This position requires technical development expertise and strong knowledge of the baseline ServiceNow module capabilities to ensure the smooth operation and continual enhancement of the ServiceNow platform.
Minimum Salary: zł182,004 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
