  • At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience, with strong expertise in ITSM
  • Previous experience in a Team Lead, Technical Lead
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
  • Experience designing workflows, automations, and integrations
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in enterprise or multi-vendor environments (SIAM experience is a plus)
  • Very good English communication skills

Optional

  • ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS ITSM, or similar)
  • Experience with ITIL standards and best practices
  • Familiarity with multi-vendor ecosystems

Your responsibilities

  • Leading and coordinating a distributed team of ServiceNow Developers
  • Acting as the technical lead and main point of contact for ServiceNow ITSM initiatives
  • Delivering enhancements and operational support across Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management
  • Designing and implementing workflows, automations, integrations, and custom solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, service owners, and external vendors
  • Managing platform releases, upgrades, testing, and service transitions
  • Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and escalation support
  • Driving continuous service improvement and platform governance initiatives
