Our requirements
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience, with strong expertise in ITSM
- Previous experience in a Team Lead, Technical Lead
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
- Experience designing workflows, automations, and integrations
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in enterprise or multi-vendor environments (SIAM experience is a plus)
- Very good English communication skills

- ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS ITSM, or similar)
- Experience with ITIL standards and best practices
- Familiarity with multi-vendor ecosystems
Your responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating a distributed team of ServiceNow Developers
- Acting as the technical lead and main point of contact for ServiceNow ITSM initiatives
- Delivering enhancements and operational support across Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management
- Designing and implementing workflows, automations, integrations, and custom solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders, service owners, and external vendors
- Managing platform releases, upgrades, testing, and service transitions
- Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and escalation support
- Driving continuous service improvement and platform governance initiatives
