Smart Building Technical Project Manager

Our requirements

• 8–12 years of project management experience in technology delivery or similar fields.
• Proven experience delivering Smart Building, Digital Infrastructure or Intelligent Building projects.
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as ICT, ELV, AV, security systems, access control, BMS, IoT and smart workplace solutions.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and coordinating technology delivery within large construction or fit-out projects.
• Familiarity with testing and commissioning processes, systems integration and operational readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills; able to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Fluent English.

Your responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination across technology workstreams and project stakeholders to maintain momentum and clarity of responsibilities.
• Manage interfaces between technology vendors, construction teams, consultants and client functions to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and action items; maintain clear records and follow-up plans.
• Facilitate technical coordination meetings and drive timely resolution of delivery issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Coordinate activities across design, procurement, implementation, testing \u0026 commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Support governance and reporting activities, providing transparent status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to operational readiness preparations, including systems integration checks and handover documentation.
