- Experience in uniformed services (e.g.Policja, Straż graniczna, Wojsko) – ability to perform under pressure, analyze situations, and make sound decisions
- Fluent command of German, both spoken and written (mandatory requirement)
- Openness to development – willingness to learn new tools and methods used in a corporate environment (e.g., Excel, UML, BPMN)
- Strong analytical skills – ability to draw conclusions based on data, observations, and procedures
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups – both technical and business
