Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, product ownership or solution delivery in complex enterprise environments.
  • Good understanding of software delivery lifecycle, CI/CD, release management, test environments and route-to-live processes.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous topics into clear deliverables, operating models, process flows, recommendations and executive-level materials.
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies, test management, and UAT processes.
  • Practical experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business-oriented conclusions.
  • Ability to prepare high-quality documentation, workshop materials, presentations and client-facing reports.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.
  • Great command of English language (at least C1 level).
  • To be able to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.

Optional

  • Experience with Azure, SaaS platforms, hybrid cloud environments.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, observability, test data management or integration landscapes.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data analysis.

Your responsibilities

  • Be a key part of the consulting and delivery team during complex IT transformations for financial institutions, primarily in the insurance sector.
  • Bridge the gap between business and technology by conducting business analysis, defining functional requirements, and translating technical findings into business-oriented conclusions.
  • Promote and embed high Quality Assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that test strategies align with both business goals and technical architecture.
  • Address challenges in the areas of DevOps, environment management, and software delivery engineering – specifically by supporting the design and optimization of environments, release strategies, and “route-to-live” pipelines.
  • Ensure solution quality end-to-end – from designing and executing analytical test scenarios based on requirements, to driving UAT processes with business stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality, client-facing materials, including workshop content, presentations, process documentations, and reports.
  • Actively contribute within an Agile framework, taking full ownership of your workstreams while driving tasks forward in a dynamic, international environment.
