Software Developer

Our requirements

• Commercial experience in software development and working with production software.
• Solid programming skills in C# and .NET.
• Practical knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID and automated testing.
• Familiarity with TDD, BDD, Agile Testing or similar quality-focused practices.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency.
• Basic knowledge of data structures, algorithms and computational complexity.
• Ability to investigate software issues using application logs.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and critically verifying their output.
• Experience working in an Agile environment such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Good written and spoken English.
• A respectful, collaborative approach and willingness to continuously develop your skills.
• A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is welcome, but comparable practical experience is equally valuable.

Optional

• Basic experience with UI development using WPF, XAML or .NET MAUI.
• Mobile development or experience with the Apple ecosystem.
• Familiarity with gRPC, Kubernetes, Docker, SignalR, cloud technologies or DevOps.
• Knowledge of communication protocols or distributed systems.
• Experience developing software for medical devices, healthcare or another regulated industry.

Your responsibilities

• Design, implement, test and maintain software solutions using C# and .NET.
• Write clean, maintainable and testable code based on Clean Code and SOLID principles.
• Take ownership of quality through hands-on verification and automated testing.
• Conduct code reviews and exchange constructive technical feedback.
• Apply practices such as TDD, BDD and Agile Testing.
• Work with asynchronous and concurrent code, including async/await, multithreading, race conditions and deadlocks.
• Investigate software issues using logs, perform root-cause analysis and resolve defects.
• Review requirements and contribute to technical and design decisions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly and verify generated code and answers.
• Collaborate with the team, participate in Agile activities and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
