Our requirements
- Excellent programming skills in a modern language (mainly Java and JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Hands-on experience with frontend test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in testing distributed microservices in an agile team.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and configuration.
- Strong understanding of BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development).
Your responsibilities
- Define and implement testing strategies across our products.
- Collaborate with teams to constantly improve testing strategies for both new and existing products.
- Develop clean, elegant, and reusable code to build efficient test systems.
- Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks to deliver value at pace.
- Support software engineers as a subject matter expert and help them test their solutions effectively.
- Drive the vision and direction of the testing chapter to uphold high standards of technology and processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure product quality aligns with customer needs.
