Our requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hybrid software development and business analysis roles.
- Strong Java programming skills with knowledge of software lifecycle best practices.
- Familiarity with Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) or OTC clearing business domains (a plus).
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for working in globally distributed teams.
