Our requirements

  • Technical degree and solid foundations in software engineering.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience working with Java/JVM‑based technologies.
  • Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Maven and Git.
  • Ability to write unit tests (JUnit, Mockito).
  • Experience with relational (MS SQL/Oracle) or non‑relational (Redis/MongoDB) databases.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD and version control systems.
  • Experience with GenAI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) or willingness to actively use them to support your daily development work.
  • Communicative English and German (min. B1).

Optional

  • Eperience with Kubernetes and front-end technologies: Angular or React.

Your responsibilities

  • Designing, developing and implementing backend applications using Java and modern JVM technologies.
  • Creating solutions based on good engineering practices (Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, DDD).
  • Integrating applications with components deployed in Kubernetes environments.
  • Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Enabling AI‑assisted engineering (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
  • Working in agile, international teams and contributing to shared best practices.
