- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong practical knowledge of C# and .NET
- Good knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Entity Framework or a similar ORM
- Experience designing REST/HTTP APIs and implementing backend business logic for production systems
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code while making pragmatic technical and design decisions
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into reliable technical solutions

About the project
As a Software Engineer – Backend at Manufacturo, you will work on a complex product used to manage manufacturing operations. Your main focus will be our core platform, with production at its center and close connections to planning, inventory, quality, and shopfloor workflows.
This is a backend-first, hands-on engineering role with real ownership. You will build product features, design APIs, model business logic and data structures, and contribute to the technical quality, maintainability, and reliability of the platform.
You will work closely with other engineers, product owners, testers, and UX/UI designers to understand business needs, clarify requirements, identify technical risks, and deliver practical solutions.
This role is a good fit for someone who can work independently, contribute to technical discussions, and make pragmatic engineering decisions without losing sight of long-term quality.
