Our requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong background in L2/L3 Production Support.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Nexus, Maven, GitHub Actions).
  • MS SQL, Oracle DB, and scripting in Linux/Bash.
  • Windows Server configuration, IIS, Hazelcast, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP).
  • Knowledge of virtualization, containerization, CI/CD integration, and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk).
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to manage complex workloads, and excellent communication in English.

Optional

  • Understanding of payment domain protocols (ISO 20022) – XML, XSD, JSON.
  • Exposure to Java development or complex enterprise architectures.
  • Experience managing DevOps pipelines with GitHub/Jenkins/Maven.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver production support for billing and payments systems – including run-the-bank (RTB) maintenance and incident response.
  • Manage distributed systems, including Linux and Windows servers, middleware components (e.g., Microsoft IIS), and containerized environments on Kubernetes and cloud (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, applying DevOps best practices.
  • Oversee application performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards for resilience and risk control.
  • Participate in change management processes, ensuring proper planning and alignment with service-level agreements.
  • Conduct data analysis and create business intelligence insights using MS SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Collaborate with global teams to enhance automation, security patching, and risk mitigation strategies.
