Our requirements
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Java/JavaScript, and C# is required.
- Experience in IT infrastructure support, including hardware, servers, and end-user devices.
- (Optional) Knowledge of Oracle Database administration and Windows Server / system administration
- (Optional) Experience with PLC systems (especially Siemens S7 STL)
- (Optional) Knowledge of SCADA systems, OPC technologies, and industrial networks such as Profibus and Profinet
- University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on practical experience.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Polish. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Active driving license category B.
- Willingness to work in a role that combines desk-based system work with onsite support in an operational environment.
Your responsibilities
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including hardware, servers, and end-user devices, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.
- Implement and maintain system, software, and scripting changes to improve performance, automation, and overall system efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Desk / Hotline team to resolve incidents requiring advanced IT expertise.
- Deliver daily IT support to the customer in Zielona Góra, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and preparation of reports.
- Support and maintain systems operating in industrial and highly automated environments.
- Work onsite when needed to analyze issues directly at the operational level and support business-critical equipment and systems.
- Contribute to system stability, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that all activities are performed with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
