In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), we hereby inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of the recruitment process and, if you provide appropriate consent, for future recruitment processes. The legal basis for data processing is:
Conducting the recruitment process in accordance with the requirements imposed on the Controller under applicable law (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR in conjunction with the provisions of national law – the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labor Code),
Consent to the processing of personal data to a broader extent than required by law, in a situation where the Candidate discloses such data voluntarily and on their own initiative (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR and Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a of the GDPR – if it concerns special category data),
Establishing, pursuing, and securing claims, as well as defending against claims related to the recruitment process (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR – legitimate interest in proving the facts and pursuing or defending against claims),
The recipients of personal data may be:
Entities providing services related to the Controller's ongoing operations, e.g., in the field of IT – under relevant personal data processing agreements and ensuring that the aforementioned entities apply adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection;
Entities to which the Controller is obligated to transfer data under applicable law to the extent necessary for these entities to perform their duties;
Entities with which the Controller cooperates in the provision of recruitment services;
Entities from the Airbus Group.
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to conduct the recruitment process – a maximum of 3 months from its completion, and after this period, for the purposes and for the period and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims, until the statute of limitations expires. If you consent to the use of the application for future recruitment processes, your personal data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data or submit an effective objection to data processing.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates personal data protection laws. Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide the information specified in Article 221 of the Labor Code will result in the Data Controller not processing your application documents.
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
