- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Previous experience leading or mentoring engineers
- Strong experience with distributed systems and SaaS applications
- Hands-on experience with modern backend technologies and cloud platforms
- Experience with AI/LLM systems or strong interest in agentic AI
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance people leadership with technical ownership
Your responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of engineers
- Support hiring, development and performance conversations
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement
Technical Leadership:
- Drive architecture and delivery for AI-powered systems
- Guide engineering best practices across scalable distributed services
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders
AI & Platform Development:
- Build AI and agentic workflows using LLMs, MCP and A2A
- Design scalable, secure and observable AI services
- Explore new AI technologies and bring ideas into production
