Our requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering with recent hands-on expertise in Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
- In-depth knowledge of GCP services: GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), Identity-Aware Proxy.
- Proven DevSecOps expertise: secrets management (KMS), container security, compliance-as-code.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Stakeholder management and ability to shape delivery strategy across multiple domains.
- Data-driven mindset using DORA metrics to improve delivery excellence.
Optional
- Experience in regulated environments or FinTech.
- Knowledge in cost optimization on GCP.
Your responsibilities
- Technical Orchestration: Align technology execution with business outcomes; proactively address architectural risks and technical debt.
- DevSecOps Leadership: Ensure delivery meets compliance, automation, and “definition of done” criteria; manage risk across the product.
- Delivery Governance: Monitor sprint health, resolve blockers, and guarantee high-quality delivery in Agile setup.
- Hands-on Support: Conduct code reviews, debug Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and troubleshoot incidents as needed.
- Open Source Advocacy: Guide tool selection and adoption to reduce vendor dependency and increase scalability.
