- You are a final-year student or recent graduate in engineering, mathematics, computer science or another technical field and are available to work full-time (40 hours per wek).
- You understand the basic principles of code - you don’t need to have developer experience but need to understand how code is executed and how computers “think”.
- You are diligent and detail-orientated - you don’t abandon a problem until it’s solved.
- Great communicator - if you’re stuck, tell us. Otherwise we assume you’re on top of things.
- You care - since we are a startup, you might not always get exact instructions. You should care enough to anticipate what the best solution could be.
- Basic knowledge of Java and JavaScript is a plus.
Your responsibilities
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Architect with technical background to join our post-sales team. In this role, you will help architect solutions and automations for our customers, and work with our growing customer base to solve their unique automation problems.
This is a full-time, long-term role rather than a short-term internship. We’re looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to grow into a Solutions Architect role.
We are still a scrappy startup and things can be ambiguous at times. We need someone who is a self-starter and is comfortable with having to put on a few different types of hats at times.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Learn how to use our no-code platform to build end-to-end automations for top FinTechs and Fortune500 companies.
- Customise TransactionLink’s platform for customers’ needs.
- Collect feedback from existing customers on how to improve the product.
- Create automations that solve real customer problems.
- Work with our tech team to suggest improvements to the product based on customer feedback.
