Our requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or related roles.
- Strong AWS expertise (mandatory and top priority).
- Experience with Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript.
- Proven background in enterprise architecture and system integrations.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
Optional
- Workday HCM integration experience is a plus, but not required.
Your responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture and system design.
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance.
- Define and oversee enterprise integrations and workflows.
- Mentor Front-End and Back-End engineers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure security, governance, scalability, and role-based access controls.
- Provide hands-on support for complex technical challenges when needed
