- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) preferred
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to develop expertise in solution design
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office; exposure to Visual Studio, BizTalk, or MS SQL is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
