- Over 4 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in ADDS, Entra ID, Windows Server Roles, AD Infrastructure, Hyper-V, VM management
- Experience in implementing Microsoft products (especially infrastructure solutions)
- Certificates: 70-410, 70-411, 70-412, AZ-800, AZ-801, AZ-140, AZ-104
- Ability to conduct training and webinars
- Strong presales and business communication skills
- English proficiency (at least B2 level)
- Higher education in a technical field
Optional
- Knowledge of Manage Engine tools like Exchange Reporter, Endpoint Central, Service Desk Plus will be a stron asset
