Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and optimization
- Deep expertise in Azure SQL and incident management
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and its database requirements
- Strong command of SQL Server replication, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions
- Practical experience in performance tuning and operational excellence in database environments
- Advanced level of English

Your responsibilities
- Administering, optimizing, and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Designing, implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting complex SQL Server replication environments across on-premises and cloud platforms
- Resolving performance bottlenecks, replication latency, locking, deadlocks, transaction log growth, and concurrency issues in highly transactional environments
- Managing SQL Server high availability and disaster recovery solutions, including Always On Availability Groups, replication, log shipping, and mirroring
- Delivering SQL Server upgrades, patching, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives with minimal downtime
- Supporting database performance tuning, backup/recovery, capacity planning, and operational stability
- Owning incidents, problems, changes, and project deliverables while collaborating with global technical teams and stakeholders
