Your responsibilities
- Lead and present detailed analysis to track performance, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to support business growth
- Extract, analyse and interpret large volumes of data, making it easy for the business to understand and act on
- Analyse areas such as promotions, customer behaviour, distributor performance, products, and Distributor method of operation
- Use data to answer business-related questions from senior management, applying a clear, storytelling approach
- Use BI tools to generate insights and ensure consistent and accurate data usage across the business
- Apply quantitative analysis and data mining techniques to transform data into actionable insights
- Anticipate business questions and proactively provide answers and recommendations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted advisor for data-driven decision-making
- Identify new project opportunities together with leadership and lead their delivery
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
