- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Optional
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
Your responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on projects.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Lead a team of software engineers, make direct technical contributions, and provide guidance to team members and guiding them through technical choices, balancing short-term needs versus long-term goals.
- Own the overall design, architecture, and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and partner teams to define the goals and drive the roadmap.

As part of App Hub, you will be responsible for the entire App Hub surface to present customers a smooth unified experience for app centric manageability, observability and governance, which includes the interfaces, performance monitoring for application centric view, policy and governance management, and a few more evolving areas.
