Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the provider database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
  • Handle daily administrative communication with suppliers and outsourcing partners
  • Manage provider documentation (contracts, evaluations, action plans) and ensure regular updates
  • Support onboarding of new providers, including verification of required documentation and compliance
  • Monitor adherence to internal procedures and support resolution of provider-related issues
  • Assist with escalations and operational challenges related to suppliers
  • Provide administrative support during tender processes and selection of new providers
  • Monitor costs, track pricing, and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Support quality control of suppliers and follow up on feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Track and monitor provider performance indicators, including NPS
  • Collaborate with internal departments in line with company standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of supplier management processes

In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day cooperation with suppliers, maintain accurate data and documentation, and support internal teams in managing provider performance and compliance.
