Your responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for internal and external users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems based on user reports, leveraging expertise and historical data to identify solutions
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate specialists
  • Ensure prompt and effective issue resolution while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Log and track support requests using relevant tools, maintaining accurate records
  • Offer remote support for VPN users and assist with mobile devices, encrypted USBs, and secure network accounts
  • Maintain and update documentation, including technical procedures and processes
  • Communicate system alerts and outages to users as needed

About the project

We are looking for a Support Specialist with English and Polish. You will be providing support to one of the major players in the aerospace/defence sectors in the US and Canada, also supporting other international locations.
Please note that this is an afternoon-evening shift (14:00-22:00) Monday-Friday and that the project is scheduled to commence in August at the latest. The project involves remote work.
