Our requirements
- Several years of experience in application, platform, or ITSM administration and development.
- Degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
- Experience with ITSM platforms and processes
- Knowledge of workflows, integrations/APIs and automations
- Understanding of IT service management, platform architecture, and application lifecycle management.
- Analytical, service-oriented, and collaborative working style in an international environment.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation, administration, and continuous improvement of central IT platforms, especially HALO (ITSM), Ardoq (EAM), and automation platforms.
- Ensures platform stability, performance, availability, security, and lifecycle management.
- Translates business and IT requirements into scalable platform solutions, workflows, reports, and automation use cases.
- Manages platform releases, testing, documentation, and change activities.
- Designs, operates, and improves integrations between managed platforms and other enterprise applications.
- Manages external partners and vendors, ensuring service quality and successful delivery of platform-related services.
- Collaborates closely with IT and business stakeholders to drive digitalization, automation, and continuous process improvement.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled System/ Platform Engineer IT Applications, ITSM & Automation to strengthen our global IT Enterprise Applications & Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for the stable operation, continuous development, and effective utilization of central IT platforms, including the ITSM platform HALO, the Enterprise Architecture Management platform Ardoq, and selected automation platforms, ensuring reliable service delivery, process efficiency, and alignment with business and IT requirements.
As the technical owner of HALO, Ardoq, and selected automation platforms, you will ensure reliable and future-ready platform services while continuously improving business value through optimization, automation, and integrations. In doing so, you will actively support our digital transformation and business objectives.
